Return Policy

Shipping containers must be returned to a designated PortableStorage.ca depot within 60 days of delivery, in the same condition as originally purchased. The customer is responsible for coordinating the return of the container(s) to the nearest PortableStorage.ca depot with available space. All transportation costs associated with returning the container(s) are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned container(s), PortableStorage.ca will issue a full refund of the total purchase price from the original invoice, excluding any initial payment processing fees.
